Radiant Staff Take Part in Out Bound Training.

Radiant Confectioners (Pvt) Ltd has conducted an annual outbound training program for its staff at CHE Adventure Park. The objective of the program was to motivate the staff of the company and develop interpersonal communication, positive thinking, teamwork, self-confidence and leadership through outbound training as a part of their annual corporate Training program. A two-day program was held with the office and sales team. The team participated in adventure activities such as white water rafting, trekking, stream sliding, confidence jumping, waterfalls sliding, river floating, Zip liner, and hiking while engaging in group activities, various exercises and brainstorming sessions. The aim of this is to uncover the hidden talents of the employees and improve the art of teamwork and skills in order to apply their experiences in a manner that delivers results in the workplace.
